Initial Consultation

Duration: 60–90 minutes
Our comprehensive initial consultation includes:

  • Measurements: Body composition analysis using an InBody scale, with detailed interpretation and goal-setting
  • Review of blood results: Evaluation of current results and recommendations for further tests if necessary
  • Clinical assessment: Assessment of injection sites (where relevant)
  • Dietary analysis: Review of diet history and food frequency patterns
  • Health education: Personalized guidance based on your unique needs
  • Goal setting: Development of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals to guide your journey
  • Follow-up resources: A summary of consultation points emailed within 3 working days and a tailored meal plan provided within 7 working days
